The six tips are:1) Shop less frequently 2) Stick to your shopping list 3)Compare prices on everything 4) Pay attention to cost by weight 5) Avoid buying prepared foods 6) Compare grocery store policies (price matching, giving customers discounts when prices ring up higher than advertised, etc. Don’t be afraid to ask the manager what the polices are!)
